Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation of the online store operated under the name “Raw Room”, available at www.rawroomdesigne.com, and the conditions for concluding and performing sales contracts between the Seller and Buyers. The Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
The Store operates via the Shopify platform.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE SELLER

The online store operating at www.rawroomdesigne.com is run by Klaudia Wcisło, conducting business activity under the name Moi Mili Klaudia Wcisło, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP: 9930439924, REGON: 146627846, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”

2. DEFINITIONS
Buyer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity who places an order in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur on the rights of a Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of the contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person.
Seller – as defined in section 1.
Store – the online store “Raw Room” operated by the Seller at www.rawroomdesigne.com.
Proof of purchase – a receipt, invoice, or other confirmation of purchase.
Custom-made products – products manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual specifications, including curtains sewn to order.
3. SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY
The Store sells products online 24/7 via the website, e-mail, or phone.
4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store, the Buyer must have:

5. PLACING ORDERS
5.1. Orders may be placed:

via the Store’s website (Shopify platform),

by e-mail,

by phone.
5.2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5.3. Orders are processed after payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
6.1. All prices are given in EUR and include VAT.
6.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders placed before the change.
6.3. Available payment methods:

7. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
7.1. Order processing begins after payment confirmation.
7.2. Delivery time depends on the product type and selected delivery method.
7.3. Orders are delivered via courier or postal services.
7.4. Shipping costs are displayed before placing the order.
7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept delivery or fails to collect the shipment, return shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer and may be deducted from any refund.
7.6. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other mandatory charges.
8. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
8.1. The Seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable Polish law.
8.2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail or in writing and include:

description of the defect,

proof of purchase,

photos of the defect (if possible).
8.3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1. A Consumer or Entrepreneur on the rights of a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
9.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Buyer receives the goods.
9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail at contact@rawroomdesign.com.
9.4. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
9.5. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
9.6. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including custom-made curtains sewn to order, pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
9.7. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and in original packaging.
9.8. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
9.9. If the product is defective or damaged due to the Seller’s fault, the Seller shall also refund return shipping costs.
10. PERSONAL DATA
10.1. The Seller is the controller of personal data.
10.2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and customer service, in accordance with GDPR.
10.3. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available in the Store is protected by copyright and may not be used without the Seller’s consent.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
12.2. Amendments apply only to orders placed after publication.
12.3. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts competent under Polish law.
13.2. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
